Medotech
Medotech develop medical equipment that registers and analyses signals from the body. The result of the analysis is sent back to the body in the form of biofeedback. Medotech's main product, Grindcare, treats bruxism (grinding teeth) by stimulating the jaw muscles so that they stop grinding.
Grindcare 3.0 is based on an earlier version where the device was worn on a head-band while sleeping. CPH Design's solution was to divide the functions into two separate units: a control-device that links wirelessly to a discreet stimulator worn by the patient.
CPH Design took a holistic view of the interaction of the user with the device and were also responsible for the design of the graphic interface.
