We are happy to announce that on Tuesday the 28th of October CPH Design received the Danish Design Council's award. This award is one of the greatest distinctions in Danish design. Since 1980 it has been awarded to designers or design companies that have made an important contribution to design in our part of the world.

Chairman of the council and CEO of Kvadrat, Anders Byriel emphasized CPH Design's continuous effort to place people in the centre of the design process. Byriel also stressed how the work by CPH Design has diminished or completely eliminated, in particular, heavy work in the aviation industry, in transportation and in construction.
