Lars Thøgersen in Court
The President of the Danish Eastern High Court has appointed Lars Thøgersen as ”expert member of the Eastern High Court and district courts in the area covered by the Eastern High Court.
“My role as an appointee of the court is to offer expert opinion on questions submitted. Often this is in cases concerning possible copyright infringement, but we also deal with impartial reports for the court on questions about immaterial rights and distinctions between the “original” and an “imitation”. Inspiration is sometimes a delicate balancing act between creativity and theft!,” says Lars Thøgersen.
